It only makes sense that a company specializing in cleansing and detox work toward a solution that confronts the core reason why cleansing and detoxifying is so important today. We’ve made great strides to find innovative packaging, organic ingredients, and manufacturing processes that lessen the impact on our environment. We are the only company specializing in cleansing and detoxification that has taken this approach. We hope that will change.

our offices

Our office was designed and built to take advantage of natural sunlight with strategically placed windows set in a modern architecture. In fact, it's very rare that we turn on any lights in the office during daytime hours. We simply don't need them! And when we do need a little extra lighting, we make sure to take advantage of the dimmers on every light switch to conserve energy. The window features also allow us to capture heat from the sunlight in the Winter and to take advantage of breezes for cooling in the Summer.

Here are some other ways we are working to befriend the planet when it comes to our office:

• we use recycled paper
• we recycle period
• we prefer emailing attachments over sending faxes
• we use business cards that are made from 100% post-consumer, recycled paper and contain wildflower seeds that grow when you plant the card. The ink is soy-based and non-toxic.
  our business card contains a unique web address for each employee that we ask all of our contacts to bookmark. This way, if someone's contact information changes, we only update a website page instead of buying thousands of new business cards and discarding the old ones
• we use local vendors whenever possible
• we strive for reduced and zero-waste packaging that includes packaging you plant, biodegradable bottles, and reusable tins
• we use absolutely NO toxic cleansers
• our break room is stocked with organic fruits and vegetables from local farmers

Our processing facility is Certified Organic by CCOF using the USDA Certified Organic standards. We purchase certified organic ingredients for use in our unique formulations because they're cultivated without chemicals or pesticides which pollute the environment. Since we specialize in cleansing and detoxifying products, we felt it our duty to only offer organic formulations so we weren't putting even more toxins back in and on your body. Call us crazy but we think it just makes sense!

shipping packaging

All of our shipping packaging is 100% recycled, recyclable and/or biodegradable. We use recycled cardboard boxes so we're not printing any fancy boxes with our logo on them. We also use FDA approved packing peanuts that are made from organic cornstarch. Simply add water and they wash away leaving no toxic waste! All packing slips are printed on 100% recycled paper.

When we made the decision to create a line of eco-luxury products, we decided to truly focus on packaging with the goal of creating eco-friendly, zero-waste products. We also wanted to ensure that our suppliers’ manufacturing processes supported our eco-friendly initiatives and focused on zero-waste, minimal water, and the use of non-toxic materials. Being a certified organic company we felt the packaging deserved as much attention as the organic sourcing of our ingredients.

It took a full 16 months of extensive research to pull together a collection of vendors and materials for packaging that could reflect and enhance our products. We are thrilled to show that even small, start-up businesses can create eco-friendly and eco-efficient packaging through sheer dedication and willpower.

• All of our packaging is hand-made, sheet by sheet, not mass-produced in a factory by machines.
• We use no other packaging or wrap on our plantable material so there is no waste or additional material that needs to be recycled.
