What the difference between a scrub and a soak?

What’s the best way to apply the scrub?
We recommend taking some of the scrub into your palm and massage into your skin using circular motions. Repeat until you've covered your entire body, while avoiding the face. Also, take care to avoid any cuts or scrapes. Allow the scrub to gently rest on your skin for a few minutes to absorb the healing oils. Gently rinse with warm water and pat dry with a clean, soft towel. The scrub will help exfoliate dead, dry skin and hydrate the new skin to help it appear and feel younger.
